1. General Provisions
1.1 IP Eremenko A.V. (hereinafter referred to as the Operator) makes the observance of the rights and freedoms of citizens one of the most important conditions for carrying out its activities.
1.2 The Operator's Policy on the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to all information that the Operator may receive about the clients of the company Delight Rent (IP Eremenko Artem Valerievich) and visitors to the website https://delight.rent Personal data is processed in accordance with the Federal Law "On Personal Data" No. 152-FZ.
2. Basic concepts used in the Policy:

3. The Operator may process the following personal data of the User:
3.1 List of personal data processed by the Operator: last name, first name, middle name, telephone number, email address, postal address, passport details.
3.2. With the User's consent given by the "Accept" button in the cookie banner, the site collects information about the User's visits and actions (cookie identifiers, IP address, browser and device data, pages viewed, Webvisor session recordings without the contents of input fields) using Yandex Metrica (YANDEX LLC) and the VK Ads pixel (VK LLC). Without this consent these services are not loaded; only cookies necessary for the site to work are used (personal account login, cart, language, the choice made in the cookie banner). The choice can be changed or the consent withdrawn via the "Cookie settings" link on the site.
4. Purposes of personal data processing
4.1 The user's personal data - last name, first name, middle name, telephone number, email address, postal address, passport details - are processed for the following purpose:
- implementation of the company's operational activities;
- conclusion, execution and termination of civil contracts with individuals, legal entities and other persons in cases stipulated by applicable law; verification of the counterparty's good faith before concluding an agreement;
- for the purpose of promoting the goods and (or) services of the company and (or) third parties on the market and forming an individual offer for clients;
- one-time access of the personal data subject to the territory where the operator is located, or for other similar purposes;
- conducting marketing campaigns, assessing the quality of customer service;
- optimization of its web resources and mailings.
4.2 Anonymized data of Users collected using Internet statistics services are used to collect information about the actions of Users on the site, improve the quality of the site and its content.
5. Legal grounds for processing personal data
5.1 The Operator processes the User's personal data submitted through the forms on the website
https://delight.rent or in the mobile app on the basis of the User's consent, executed as a separate document -
Consent to the processing of personal data, and to conclude and perform a contract to which the User is a party.
5.2 The statistics and advertising services listed in clause 3.2 process the User's data only after the User's consent in the cookie banner.
6. Procedure for collecting, storing, transferring and other types of processing personal data
6.1 The Operator ensures the safety of personal data and takes all possible measures to prevent unauthorized persons from accessing personal data.
6.2 The Operator does not transfer the User's personal data to third parties, except as required by law and to the services listed in clause 3.2 with the User's consent. Databases containing personal data are located in the Russian Federation; there is no cross-border transfer.
6.3. In the event that inaccuracies are discovered in the personal data, the User can update them by sending the Operator a notification via e-mail to the Operator's e-mail address service@delight.rent, or to the Operator's postal address: Moscow, Skladochnaya Street, Building 1, Bldg.
